CELIA RAYGOZA AMONG STATE CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES OF YEAR
New Haven Unified School District Classified Employee of the Year Celia Raygoza is one of six individuals named California Classified School Employees of the Year, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson announced last week.
