Salmon is a healthy source of food.

Here's a recipe for a salmon salad,
It does not involve any cooking.

Here it goes:

Salmon's Salad


1 can (7.5oz.) of Sockeye salmon (drained)
Half a sweet pepper (diced)
2 medium apples (cored & diced)
1/4 of a cup of diced celery
1/4 of a cup of mayonnaise
1/4 of a cup of chopped cashew nuts (optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)
alfalfa sprouts
shredded lettuce


Chunk (break up into chunks) salmon and combine with remaining ingredients except sprouts. Toss gently and spoon over lettuce and sprouts on individual salad plates. Serves six people.
